The MCC Board officially kicked off the year with our first meeting on January 8th, 2024. It was a productive session focused on streamlining operations and enhancing the experience for all our players and families.
Key Meeting Highlights:
The Board discussed several strategic pillars to ensure a successful second half of the season and a strong future for the club:
- Coaching & Development: Preparation for our upcoming Coaches Meet to ensure high-quality training across all levels.
- Junior & Girls Cricket: Focused discussion on the continued growth and development of our Girls Cricket Program.
- Community & Events: Finalizing arrangements for our upcoming Family Day—an event we know everyone looks forward to!
- Club Operations: Updates on new training uniforms, financial health, and ongoing business with the Local Council.
- Partnerships: Reviewing sponsor business and the vital support they provide.
- Volunteering: Establishing Sub-Committees to give our members more ways to get involved and help shape the club’s future.
